How do Streaming Boxes Work?

Streaming Boxes are an android computer that links into your home internet connection (ethernet or wifi) and plugs directly into your TV or Computer Monitor to access millions of video and audio streams across the World Wide Web for viewing pleasure.

We recommend purchasing one streaming box per TV.

Yes, Kooltronix can ship internationally.  Shipping rates can vary.

For peak performance we recommend a minimum of 50-100 Mbps download speed. For adequate performance, we recommend a minimum of 15 Mbps download speed.  Old routers, modems and internet service without “Fiber Optic” is not recommended.  Try and call your service providers to upgrade or switch service for best internet performance.

For best streaming experience, we recommend the combo/bundle packs.  The premium combo pack includes a wireless keyboard for easy navigation on our platform.

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. All returns or claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If you have questions or returns please contact us by chat or email us at [email protected]

Instructions for Returning Your Product
If you are returning, then pack it securely with padding to avoid damage and with shipping insurance of $400 for your return. A signature for delivery is required. Include the Merchandise Return Form inside the returned package. If you are returning an accessory item only, then send it in a padded package or envelope. For all returns, complete the Merchandise Return Form and include the items to return, then ship to: Kooltronix, 1144 Hunt Rd., El Cajon, California 92021. After Kooltronix receives your returned item, Kooltronix will provide credit to your credit card or other payment method.
